In accordance with USA Hockey requirements, all EYHA volunteers (Board Members, Coaches, Team Coordinators and Locker Room Monitors) must complete the following screenings.
All EYHA volunteers must then complete the EYHA Volunteer Code of Conduct form to document compliance with these screenings.
All EYHA volunteers (Board Members, Coaches, Team Coordinators and Locker Room Monitors) must register with USA Hockey.
All EYHA volunteers (Board Members, Coaches, Team Coordinators and Locker Room Monitors) must complete a background screen. Background screens are valid for 2 years. Cost is $30. Takes up to 10 days to complete.
All EYHA volunteers (Board Members, Coaches, Team Coordinators and Locker Room Monitors) must complete SafeSport every year.
All EYHA Volunteers must submit documentation of USA Hockey screening as well as agree to EYHA Volunteer Code of Conduct.
