  • Newbees and House players:  a jersey with the new logo is included in the registration fee.

Game Jerseys & Socks:

  • Game jerseys and game socks will be offered for purchase during registration for any new travel player or players needing new sizing. (NOTE: all 8U - 18U TRAVEL players must have an EYHA Game Jersey and Game Socks.)

Goalie Payments:

  • In recognition of the pivotal role that goalies play in our association and acknowledging the additional costs often incurred for specialized equipment and instruction, EYHA has determined that full-time goalies at 12U, 14U, and 18U levels will have their EYHA fees waived.  Committed Goalies at the 10U level will receive a 50% reimbursement at the end of the season. All goalies will still need to pay for their USA Hockey number.

VPA Dual Roster Policy:

  • U14 players that make a HS (both boys and girls) team but wish to remain on an EYHA roster are responsible for travel payments as scheduled. No discounts or refunds are awarded.

U14 HS Policy:

  • Players that make a HS team (both boys and girls) and elect to discontinue play with EYHA (including state and regional tournaments) will be responsible for registration fees and 40% of travel payments.  A refund will be provided for 60% of travel fees.

Payment Policies:

NGIN Transaction Fees:

  • NGIN registration payment system charges registrants 2.75% +$1.00 per transaction fee (from NGIN) for online Credit / Debit card processing.  This is required for each payment processed through the EYHA website and not included in the payment amount.
  • Example 1: Travel program members will only have the payment plan option and will pay the first payment at the time of registration and 4 equal payments as shown above.
  • Example 2:  Newbees and House will pay all fees in a single payment at the time of registration and will pay a single $2 transaction fee.

Late / Cancelled Payments:

  • There is a $25 charge for late or cancelled payments.  Please ensure all payments are on-time and credit or debit cards used for online payments are valid through the final January 31, 2024 payment.

"No-pay no-play" policy:

  • EYHA has a "no pay no play policy". Nonpayment of a late fee or travel installment will prevent a player from participating in practices, games and the State Tournament.

Special Arrangements:

  • Please contact the EYHA Treasurer (Treasurer.EYHAVT@gmail.com) directly for any special payment needs (i.e. alternative payment plans) - see contact section of Board Members.
All fee questions or concerns should be directed to Sean O'Connell, President.
